Hans Peter Michelet

Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors

Hans Peter Michelet has been integral to the success of ERI since 1994. He first joined the board of directors in August 1995 and has served as its chairman since September 2004, during which time he has been intrinsically involved in most of the company’s strategic decisions.

Arve Hanstveit

Director

Arve Hanstveit has been as a member of ERI’s board and an investor in the company since August 1995. Mr. Hanstveit’s early investment in the company, his experience as an investment advisor and securities analyst, his understanding of global financial markets and his extensive knowledge ERI’s products the global desalination market make him a tremendous asset to the company’s board of directors.

Fred Olav Johannessen

Director

Fred Johannessen has served as a member of ERI’s board since August 1995. Mr. Johannessen’s early investment in ERI, his prior work as a securities analyst and his experience in international business as an investor, entrepreneur and executive, along with his in-depth knowledge of ERI’s operations, make him well-qualified to help lead the company as a member of its board of directors. 

Dominique Trempont

Director

Dominique Trempont has served as a member of ERI’s board since its initial public offering in 2008. He is a seasoned executive and board member with large, multinational high tech companies as well as fast-growth start-ups.

Paul M. Cook

Director

Paul Cook has served as a member of ERI’s board since its initial public offering in 2008. His wealth of experience includes a 33-year career as founder and CEO of Raychem Corporation, a leading material science company that Mr. Cook helped grow into a $1.6 billion organization by developing innovative industry-leading products and creating entire markets for their application.

Dr. Marie Elisabeth Paté-Cornell

Director

Dr. Marie Elisabeth Paté-Cornell joined ERI’s board of directors in February 2009. Her experience includes serving as a board member with Aerospace Corporation, InQtel and Draper Laboratory at Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

G.G. Pique

Director, President and Chief Executive Officer

G.G. Pique is an entrepreneurial leader who has been with ERI since February 2000. In addition to sitting on the board, he has served as the company’s president and CEO since August 2002.
