ERI POWER MODEL™
ERI’s Power Model simplifies the task of predicting specific power consumption when using process parameters, turbines and membrane recovery rates. It automatically calculates the pressures and flows and estimates the power consumption of each pump associated with the reverse osmosis RO process portion of an RO desalination system.
The Power Model can estimate pump and motor efficiencies for most systems or this information can be entered manually. It also automatically calculates the specific energy consumption of RO systems equipped with typical turbocharger and Pelton devices and provides a comparison to performance with PX™ technology. The ERI Power Model comes with simple step-by-step directions.
