ERI maintains an inventory of complete PX devices and pumps, parts, kits, and tools to expedite the delivery of urgent shipments. Inventories are maintained in many regions of the world including Algeria, Australia, the Caribbean, China, Spain, and the United Arab Emirates.

ERI will evaluate and repair, or replace, damaged or worn ERI products according to its return material agreement (RMA).

Preventive Maintenance

ERI PX devices do not require maintenance. The unique design of the technology with simplicity and ease of use allows for lasting operations that provide the highest availability of any ERD on the market.  As with any industrial device, providing preventive maintenance increases the likelihood of long lasting performance.  Please refer to the preventive maintenance plan and schedules for details.
