Karyn M. Evens

Chief Human Resources Officer

Karyn is responsible for leadership development, organizational diagnosis and design,as well as  the development and execution of global HR strategies, programs, services and solutions that are designed to enable ERI to successfully meet its business goals.

Before joining ERI, Karyn was an executive with Cisco Systems for eight years, with the last five years leading the global human resources department for Linksys, the consumer division of Cisco.  In addition, she has held senior leadership positions with Microsoft, MP3.com, Amgen, and Xircom. 

Karyn attended the Stanford Graduate School of Business and the Anderson Graduate School of Management at UCLA.
