Deno Bokas

Chief Accounting Officer

Deno Bokas is responsible for overseeing the Company’s SEC reporting requirements, tax strategy and Sarbanes Oxley compliance in addition to his other matters as Vice President of Finance and Chief Accounting Officer.

Deno earned his MS degree from Walsh College and his BA in Business Administration degree from Eastern Michigan University. He is a certified public accountant (CPA).
