Carolyn Bostick

Vice President and General Counsel

Carolyn oversees the company’s legal affairs and advises its board of directors and management on legal issues and corporate governance.  Before joining ERI, Carolyn was vice president and general counsel of Trend Micro Incorporated, a worldwide supplier of antivirus and other content security software and services, based in Japan.  She joined Trend Micro in 2000 as its first full-time attorney and developed an international legal team to support the company’s operations in Japan, the US, Europe, Asia Pacific and Latin America.

Carolyn began her legal career as an intellectual property and litigation attorney at Silicon Valley law firms.  Carolyn has a BA from Brown University and a JD from Stanford University Law School.
