Mr. Blanco has held many positions with leading water related companies world-wide. Prior to joining Energy Recovery, Inc. (ERI), he was Managing Director of Veolia Enerserve, overseeing multiple BOOT desalination projects. He joined ERI in the year 2005, to run its newly created Large Projects Division, involving projects ≥ 50,000 m3/day in production capacity. Mr. Blanco opened ERI's European Headquarters in 2006 and since has successfully grown the European division by increasing desalination water capacity to over 2.6 million cubic meters per day with 17 projects awarded.
