
William “Bill” Anderson
Vice President, Service, Operations and Maintenance
Bill leads ERI’s customer service and support group, which focuses on providing PX device extended warranties, skilled field services professionals for commissioning and start-up, and hands-on operator training. He is in charge of all ERI service facilities, operation and maintenance contracts, and field service. Since joining ERI in 2002, Bill has participated in and managed the startup of over 100 seawater reverse osmosis projects. Bill's goal, and the goal of the group he manages, is to ensure that all ERI’s customers understand how to successfully operate their ERI products.
