Terry Sandlin

Vice President, Manufacturing

Terry is responsible for all manufacturing process at ERI including production and material management, manufacturing engineering, and quality control. He has over 25 years of experience in product manufacturing. Before joining ERI, Terry held positions as plant manager for Whitney Research (a valve manufacturer supplying exclusively for Swagelok Company) and director of manufacturing for Novus Packaging Corporation (a start-up packaging material company acquired by FP International).

Terry holds a BS degree in Civil Engineering from UC Berkeley.
