G.G. Pique is an entrepreneurial leader who has been with ERI since February 2000. As President and CEO of ERI since 2002, G.G. has driven and managed the evolution of the ERI business model and its organization from a $1.5 million/year garage operation into the dominant player in the industry with 70% market share.

Borja Blanco

Senior Vice President, Global Sales, Marketing, and Business Development

Mr. Blanco has held many positions with leading water related companies world-wide. He joined ERI in the year 2005, to run its newly created Large Projects Division, involving projects ≥ 50,000 m3/day in production capacity.

Carolyn Bostick

Vice President and General Counsel

Carolyn oversees the company’s legal affairs and advises its board of directors and management on legal issues and corporate governance. Before joining ERI, Carolyn was vice president and general counsel of Trend Micro Incorporated.

Tom Willardson

Chief Financial Officer

Tom heads all areas of ERI’s finance and accounting including cash management, tax, international and domestic contracts, investor relations and management of outside auditors.

Karyn M. Evens

Chief Human Resources Officer

Karyn is responsible for leadership development, organizational diagnosis and design, as well as the development and execution of global HR strategies, programs, services and solutions.

Deno Bokas

Chief Accounting Officer

Deno Bokas is responsible for overseeing the Company’s SEC reporting requirements, tax strategy and Sarbanes Oxley compliance in addition to his other matters as Vice President of Finance and Chief Accounting Officer.

Audrey Bold

Vice President, Marketing

Ms. Bold heads the world-wide, corporate marketing department to manage the company's rapidly expanding global marketing objectives. Ms. Bold joined ERI in 2005 and since has  been involved in the marketing direction of the company and PX technology brand.

William “Bill” Anderson

Vice President, Service, Operations and Maintenance

Bill leads ERI’s customer service and support group, which focuses on providing PX device extended warranties, skilled field services professionals for commissioning and start-up, and hands-on operator training.

Terry Sandlin

Vice President, Manufacturing

Terry is responsible for all manufacturing process at ERI including production and material management, manufacturing engineering, and quality control. He has over 25 years of experience in product manufacturing.

Pierre Vedel

Vice President, Information Technology

Pierre is responsible for aligning information technology with our business strategy by integrating company processes with the appropriate technologies. He also manages development and implementation of all aspects of IT initiatives within the organization.
