To submit your idea or concept for consideration, you must complete the Idea Form and provide us with accurate and up-to-date contact information. You may also submit documentation, drawings or other information about your idea or concept that we should take into consideration.

By submitting your idea form, you represent that you are the sole owner of the information on or attached to your idea form and have the right to submit this information to Energy Recovery, Inc. (“ERI”) free of any restrictions, including confidentiality. You also agree to give ERI a free, perpetual and non-exclusive license to use, and make copies and derivative works of, the submitted information for any purpose.
