Energy Recovery Inc. — Our Benefits

ERI is committed to sponsoring a comprehensive benefits program for all eligible employees. A good benefits program is a solid investment in our employees and therefore in our company. The benefits program is periodically compared to market trends in order to provide a competitive total compensation package.

Employees in other countries are covered under plans that align to their country of base office.

The different types of leaves of absences are designed to meet employee requirements while minimizing the impact to the employee and ERI.

Holidays at Non US sites: Varies per country.

Paid Time Off (PTO): In the interest of maintaining a healthy balance between work and home, ERI offers its employees PTO. In the US, full-time employees accrue PTO with each pay period beginning on the date of hire. Fpr part-time employees, PTO is prorated based on the number of hours worked. First the first year of employment, employees accrue 12 days per year. For the next six years of service, the accrual increases.
