Our Culture

ERI prides itself on having a strong and unique culture which is attractive to employees and customers. This important asset is nurtured by all employees who strive to maintain the Company's unique identity and core values.  There is a strong sense of pride felt by employees who experience a matrix environment of empowerment, open communication, recognition, inclusion, collaboration, and innovation.

In addition, we continuously strive to ensure that our working environment supports a balance between work and personal life. There are many group activities that are shared by ERI employee, which includes dinner cruises, company sponsored softball teams, summer picnics, holiday parties, and outings to events, football, and baseball games.
