Terry Sandlin, Vice President of Manufacturing: Mr. Sandlin has over 25 years of experience in product manufacturing. Prior to joining ERI, he held positions as Plant Manager for Whitney Research (a valve manufacturer supplying exclusively for Swagelok Company) and Director of Manufacturing for Novus Packaging Corporation (a start-up packaging material company acquired by FP International). His expertise includes manufacturing engineering, production and material management, and quality control. Mr. Sandlin holds a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering from U.C. Berkeley.
