William (“Bill”) Anderson, Vice President of Service, Operations, and Maintenance Group heads the Customer Service and Support Group focusing on providing PX® extended warranties, skilled field services professionals for commissioning and start-up, and hands-on operator training. Bill is in charge of all ERI service facilities, operation and maintenance contracts, and field service. Recently promoted due to his keen customer service abilities and in depth knowledge of PX® products, he joined ERI in 2002 as Director of Technical Services. Bill has participated in, and managed the startup of over 100 SWRO projects. Bill's goal, and the goal of the entire ERI Technical Services Group, is to insure that all clients understand and are successfully operating their ERI products.
