Stacy Proctor is Vice President of Human Resources at Energy Recovery. With two decades of human resources and operations experience across mid-to-large cap companies, Ms. Proctor oversees the strategic HR function including global talent acquisition and development and implementation of the company’s human capital strategy. Prior to joining Energy Recovery in 2019, Ms. Proctor served in executive human resources roles with organizations including the Palo Alto Research Center (PARC), Mizuho OSI and Associated Third Party Administrators (ATPA). As Interim Head of Human Resources at PARC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Xerox, Ms. Proctor led the transformation of human resources to ensure mutual alignment with PARC’s vision and its parent company’s core values. During her time as Head of Human Resources at Mizuho OSI, a medical device innovator and manufacturer, she led strategic initiatives to optimize the new hire process, implemented a complete HRIS, and facilitated change management as well as leadership readiness programs. She also established a wellness program, which ultimately led to measurably lower health care costs. Ms. Proctor, who holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Utah, is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), a Professional in Human Resources, California (PHR-CA), and a Society of Human Resources Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).
