Nocair Bensalah is the Vice President of Operations at Energy Recovery and leads the development and execution of the company’s operations strategy. Since joining Energy Recovery, he has had responsibility for all processes involved in the design, procurement and provision of the company’s products and leads all field operations in the path of new product development and commercialization. Mr. Bensalah brings 20 years of experience in a variety of technical and operational leadership roles, including quality assurance, application engineering, new product development, project management, mergers & acquisitions, and field service & manufacturing operations. His global experience across multiple industries, including automotive, power equipment, infrastructure rehabilitation, and oil and gas, was built by his years of service with ABB Inc., a global leader in power and automation technologies, and with Aegion Corporation, a global leader in infrastructure protection.  Mr. Bensalah is a Six Sigma Black Belt, well versed in lean principles, and an expert at identifying and capitalizing on process improvement opportunities in any business environment. Mr. Bensalah received his MBA from Washington University in St. Louis and holds an MS in Engineering Management from Western Michigan University as well as a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Temple University.
